DialAbroad International Calls Service
DialAbroad's privacy policy is concerned primarily with the use of the DialAbroad international calling service. In the course of use of the DialAbroad international calling service data is collected and will be dealt with
in accordance with DialAbroad's privacy policy which reflects the terms
of the Data Protection Act 1998.
DialAbroad Web Site
DialAbroad
collects data when you use the DialAbroad web site at www.DialAbroad.co.uk.
Currently data is used solely for the purpose of sending our registered
users newsletters regarding the DialAbroad service. If a registered
user wishes to be removed from the database this can be quickly and
easily achieved by either a) e-mailing enquiries@DialAbroad.co.uk with
the subject line 'remove' or b) clicking 'click here to sign off the
mailing list' at the bottom of any DialAbroad newsletter.
Whenever
you enter your email address in any place on our website, or even when
you send an email to our team, you can't help but provide us with data
on yourself. Providing us with this information is at your option, but
we promise not to use this information without your prior say-so except
as described above in providing periodic newsletters regarding the DialAbroad
service. Like many web sites, we may also automatically receive general
information that is contained in our server log files such as your IP
address and cookie information.
We may use data to customize and improve your user experience on this
site and our service. We will make efforts so that your Data will not
be provided to third parties unless (i) provided for otherwise in this

Terms and conditions
1. For
the international calling services provided by DialAbroad:
DialAbroad Landline service
Callers must ensure they have bill payer's permission before using
the DialAbroad service. All calls are billed by your telephone line provider
at their relevant 0870, 0871, 0844, 0845, and relevant 0905 rates.
Calls are charged from time of connection to the DialAbroad service,
so we advise replacing the handset after a short period if your calls
are engaged or unanswered.
When you call from a mobile, remember to only press the call or send
button after dialing the access number but not again after dialing the
destination number.
Calls to mobile phones, premium rate numbers and pagers are not included
unless otherwise stated.
Prices quoted on this web site are for calls made from standard BT landlines.
Charges for calls made from mobile phones and other service providers
may vary.
DialAbroad Mobile Service
By using the Services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions and acknowledge that we provide the Services to you on these terms. You must read and accept (or reject) these terms and conditions as a condition of you using, or relying on, the Services. If you do not accept these terms then you must not use the Services. You acknowledge that continued use of the Services will be deemed to be an acceptance by you of these terms and conditions. You further acknowledge that you have no right to cancel the calling card under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
When making the international call using DialAbroad Mobile, a call connection charge
is applied. The connection charge applied is equivalent to the per minute rate upto a maximum of 15p and will be charged once per connected call (eg. if you are calling France landlines for 1p/min, the connection charge is 1p). Calls are charged per minute.
Bill payers' permission must be obtained before sending a text message
from a mobile.
Text Top-ups must be made from a valid UK mobile number on UK mobile networks.
A text message request by sending the message DialAbroad to the number 80041 for
a £3 top-up and will be charged at your standard mobile operator's
text rate to send the request. You receive two messages back, each will cost 150p
and will be credited individually one at a time (total charge £3).
A text message request by sending the message DialAbroad to the number 80550 for
a £5 top-up and will be charged at your standard mobile operator's
text rate to send the request. You receive one message back, costing 500p.
If premium text message barring is in operation on your mobile phone
attempting to text will not result in a top-up charge but you may be
charged your mobile operators standard text rate.
Rates and minutes shown are based on the 0845/020 (London)-access number
and will be charged at your service providers' lo-call & standard
national rates.
Calling subject to availability and these terms are subject to change.
Rates are effective from 1/1/2009 and may change without prior notice.
The international calls will be rounded to the nearest penny.
0800 freephone access is available at an additional 3p per minute to
the quoted rates.
Your mobile phone service provider may charge for access to freephone
numbers and charge different rates for access via 0845 numbers.
If calling from a mobile phone remember to only press the call or send
button after dialing the access number but not again after dialing the
destination number.
Charging for access numbers by your service provider is from the time
of connection to the service.
Some calls to International mobiles, non-geographic numbers and foreign
premium rate numbers are charged at different rates to that of the country.
The national call rate does not include non-geographic numbers (e.g.
0871, 0845, and 0870).
If a particular phone number account has had no movement (that is either
a top up or a call being made) for 90 days or more then we reserve the
right to close the account and zero any credit balance that may be remaining.
Top ups from any one phone number are limited to £21 in any one
day and £51 over a 30 day rolling period.
